Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (weekends & holidays not included). Once your order ships, tracking will be sent straight to your email or phone.

Delivery Times:

    •    International: 1–2 weeks (timing may vary depending on location)

Sizing Notice
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
Every product page includes detailed size charts, model stats, and fit guidance to help you get the right fit—make sure to check before you buy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll take care of you with a replacement or refund.

Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a replacement or refund (for approved cases only):
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
    •    All original tags and packaging must be included

Items that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.

Processing Fee
Approved returns or exchanges are subject to a $15 processing fee to cover handling.
